At uniqueistore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aromatic candle purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your aromatic candle must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be in the original packaging
• Have the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Not be damaged due to misuse or negligence

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item back to us at the provided address

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned aromatic candle, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your aromatic candle for a different scent or product, please contact us. We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item, subject to availability of the requested product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective aromatic candle, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
